Welcome to our family-friendly country house Casa Giovanna with patio, backyard, and pool. It is located right within the magical cultural landscape of Montefeltro!

This country house "Casa-Giovanna" is located in a quiet borough facing the gardens and backyards. The house is already more than 200 years old and has just been completely renovated in 2011.
The backyard, the patio as well as the spacious livingroom with kitchen are perfect for relaxing and having a stressless time.

Casa-Giovanna is located in the heart of the magnificant landscape between Adria and the Apennine Mountains.
Enjoy the pure nature and silence that comes with it, hiking, biking tours, trips to the markets, museums and castles of the area.

Casa Giovana is located on a property that measures approximately 2000sqm. However only a small part of it is used as a backyard. The backyard and it's patio with it's garden furniture are perfect for relaxing and resting in the sun.
Between June and September it's possible to use the outdoor pool (3,60m).

One week for two people:                    690.00 Euro

Every additional adult per week:       140,00 Euro

The price includes  bed linen, towels and a final cleaning.

A washing machine is at your disposal (3 euros per wash). Electricity, water and gas are also included. On request the house can also be cleaned in between. There is a deposit of 100.00 €

due, which will be refunded if not used either at your departure or within a week. The minimum occupancy is  four days depending on the season. Please inquire the price via e-mail with us.

We would like to take this opportunity and respectfully suggest that smoking in the house is not allowed.

Booking process

(Further see: Booking inquiry due date, number of people, etc.) Once you have paid a deposit amounting to 50% of the cost of your stay, your reservation or booking is binding. If you cancel your trip or not to take your stay, your deposit falls on a penalty. The rest of the amount is due four weeks prior to departure. In case of cancellation by you within two weeks before the start of the stay, we allow us to raise a total of 80% of the rental price as a cancellation fee.
